CCN has negotiated special rates with two local meeting accommodations:

 

The Kendall Hotel

Rate:

$269 per night per room, plus taxes and fees.  Please note that this room rate is based on a three-night stay.  Guests staying less than three nights will be billed at a higher room rate.

 

All guestroom rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guest charge is $30.00 per person, per night plus taxes.

 

The special rate applies from Sunday, August 4 through Sunday, August 11, 2024.

 

Distance from conference:

The Kendall Hotel is located at 350 Main Street in Cambridge, MA 02142.  This is approximately a .6 mile or 15-minute walk from the conference at Kresge Auditorium on the MIT campus.

 

The hotel is also a short walk to Memorial Drive and the Charles River as well as many restaurants, arts and cultural attractions in Kendall Square.

• American breakfast buffet: served daily 7:00 - 10:00 am

MIT Dormitory

Rate:

Single occupancy - $ 105.00 per night

Double occupancy - $ 168.00 ($84/bed) per night

Doubles can indicate a roommate or request to have one assigned (based on gender).

 

Rooms are available for the nights of Monday, August 5 through Friday, August 9, 2024 (check out by Saturday, August 10).

 

Distance from conference:

The dorm is located on MIT campus in Cambridge, MA 02139, a five-minute walk to the conference at Kresge Auditorium.  Address and further details will be provided in the reservation confirmation.

• Twin, extra-long bed
• Desk, chair, dresser
• Shared bathroom facilities
• Air-conditioning
• Ethernet and wireless internet connection (must provide ethernet cord and computer)
• Laundry facility on site
• 24-hour front desk staff

There are a limited number of rooms.  Reservations can be made through MIT.  A copy of your conference registration will be required.  The deadline to book a room is July 15, 2024 or until the room block is sold out.  Please note that reservations must be made in advance and cannot be accommodated onsite.
